Level the base: Use cement mortar to adjust the surface, ensuring a deviation of no more than 3-5mm.

Curing: Keep the base moist and allow 2-3 days for natural curing.

2 Apply Adhesive

Enhance bonding strength and waterproofing to ensure the KN board is securely installed.

Mix the adhesive: Mix the adhesive components according to the correct ratio.

Apply adhesive: Evenly spread the adhesive with a thickness of 2-3mm.

Groove treatment: Create grooves on the adhesive surface to improve adhesion.

3 Install KN Board

Ensure the board is installed smoothly and securely on the wall or floor.

Handle boards carefully: Handle large boards carefully to avoid breakage.

Install boards: Attach the boards to the adhesive layer, ensuring no gaps.

Clean excess adhesive: Remove any excess adhesive immediately after installation.

4 Surface Treatment

Enhance the board’s aesthetics and waterproofing.

Surface finish: Polish or finish the surface of the board.

Waterproof treatment: Chamfer the board’s corners at a 45-degree angle to improve both aesthetics and waterproofing.

Natural curing: Allow the installed boards to dry naturally for 3-7 days, ensuring the adhesive fully cures.
