The Simplest and Fastest Marble Installation Method

Thanks to the lightweight and thin structure of Miyuro natural ultra-thin marble, this method is suitable for walls and floors with relatively flat substrates. Miyuro natural marble can be installed using a thin-set adhesive method similar to ceramic tiles.

Compared with traditional 18mm marble, which often requires a thick mortar bed, longer installation time, and higher labor skills, this method can effectively reduce overall costs and shorten the construction period by up to 50%.

After receiving our ultra-thin marble products, simply level the cement substrate through screed leveling or self-leveling treatment. Then, use a trowel to apply the adhesive mortar evenly onto the substrate before laying the marble slabs.

Method 2: Prefabricated Installation with Light Steel Framing

Traditional thick marble is heavy and usually requires heavy steel framing and complex dry-hanging systems for installation. In contrast, thanks to its lightweight and thin structure, Miyuro natural ultra-thin marble can be installed on walls using a light steel framing system.

Light steel framing is lighter in structure, faster to install, and takes up less space, while effectively reducing both material and labor costs. Compared with traditional dry-hanging systems, the material cost of light steel framing is approximately 1/4, and the labor cost is approximately 1/3, significantly improving installation efficiency and reducing overall construction costs.

At the same time, because Miyuro natural ultra-thin marble is lightweight and easy to install, the installation process becomes much more accessible. With basic construction tools and proper installation guidance, you can even complete the marble installation by yourself.

The following video will show the complete installation process of Miyuro natural ultra-thin marble using a light steel framing system.
